When we advertise a product we guarantee to have that product in stock and available for delivery, unless we have clearly stated in the advertisement that stock is limited.

Occasionally, we do sell out of a product due to unexpected demand. If this happens, we will source additional stock. If this not possible, we will contact you to offer an equilvalent or better product at the same price, or if you prefer, we will give you a full refund.

We now offer a free installation service on selected products. This means, that we will deliver your purchase to your house, unpack it, place it whee you want it, connect it and make sure it works. This is all free! (we don't do building, wiring or plumbing for free - but we can arrange it!)

Speedy Repair

If your Courts purchase breaks down at any time, simply contact our Service Centre and we will immediately arrange to collect it and give you an estimate of how long it will take to repair it. If this within the guarantee period, we will make the repair and charge you nothing.

We also offer a loan service for essential products such as fridges, freezers and stoves and will lend you a replacement if your repair is expected to take more than a week.

Courts Service Centre - we service what we sell

Our Courts Service Centre has been set up to handle any problems our customers may have with their products, even if it after the manufacturers's guarantee has expired! if you do have a problem with your purchase, simply call the Serrvice Centre and we will arrange for the product to be checked, advise you how long the repair will take and how much the repair will cost you. If the problem happens within the manufacturers guarantee period the repair will be free.
